Dr Liz Ward is head of the Strategic Insight Unit (SIU) at the Metropolitan Police. The SIU combines advanced data analytics, applied behavioural science and social research skills with expertise in operational policing and the strategic landscape to deliver valuable insights. Prior to this she worked at Kantar, with the Behavioural Insights Team, and in central government.
