Chris is an experienced Risk, Control and Internal Audit professional and change consultant with 20 years’ experience in banking and capital markets. He is the Chief Auditor of NatWest Retail Bank and leads the Behavioural Risk team for the group. Previous roles include COO/Chief of Staff for the Barclays Group Internal Audit function, and leading the EY Banking & Capital Markets Internal Audit team in the UK. Chris is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA), recently submitting his thesis on financial capability and decision making for a Masters in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, and graduated from the University of Nottingham, reading Politics.
