Lisa is the current Head of Regulatory Compliance. Lisa joined Barclays in January 2010. In her 15 years with Barclays, she has had a variety of roles across the Compliance function including Employee Conduct, Business Oversight Compliance, Whistleblowing Investigations, Control Room, Data and Analytics and leading the Compliance TOM programme. Prior to Barclays, Lisa started her Compliance career in 1999 as a London Law graduate working initially at HSBC Investment Bank before moving onto Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
