Nicola joined LSEG in August 2023 as Risk COO and, as part of her role, leads the firmwide risk culture programme. Prior to joining LSEG, she spent 12 years at Prudential plc and M&G plc where she held a number of transformation, regulatory and finance roles including Group Head of Regulatory Affairs. Nicola is an actuary by background and has nearly 20 years’ experience in financial services, having begun her career in PwC’s actuarial consulting business.
